Question 1

What kind of businesses is Lynq built for?

Accepted Answer

Lynq is designed for independent service professionals — stylists, barbers, personal trainers, coaches, and anyone who books appointments with clients. If you run client-based appointments, Lynq is built for you.

Question 2

Can I try Lynq for free?

Accepted Answer

Lynq is currently preparing for early access. Join the waitlist to be among the first to know when it's available. No credit card is required to join.

Question 3

Can I import my existing clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can import clients from a spreadsheet or CSV file — names, contact details, and service history all come with them. Most people are up and running in under ten minutes.

Question 4

What does the Lynq AI assistant actually do?

Accepted Answer

Lynq's AI reads the activity already in your account — bookings, clients, revenue patterns — and surfaces what matters. Ask who's overdue to rebook, where your revenue is trending, or what to focus on today. It gives you answers, not dashboards to dig through.

Question 5

What happens to my data if I stop?

Accepted Answer

Your data stays available to export. There's no pressure and no automatic charge.

Question 6

Can Lynq support my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Premium plan supports multiple staff members, each with their own schedule and booking page. You can manage everyone from a single account.

Question 7

Is there a contract or commitment?

Accepted Answer

No contracts, no lock-in. Lynq is month-to-month. Cancel anytime and your data stays accessible.
